it will go down in our history

In this series, I worked with four generations of my family to create a weird and offhand collection of images that are nothing like traditional family photos, yet carry a timeless dimension. My great grandma, Mimi, has lived in Harrison, MI, my whole life. I spent many weekends with her, my mom, and my sister as a kid and I have so many memories, I felt compelled to document the feeling of entering the bubble in which she lives and to honor her and the generations that follow her. To me, this is how I would like to document the personalities of my loved ones, and the moments and memories we have made together. This is how I want them to go down in history.
